There are several things you can do to help keep yourself safe and try and prevent the spread of COVID-19: 1. Stay home if you are not feeling well. 2. Wear a mask when you leave your home to go in public spaces or if you cannot socially distance. 3. Frequently wash your hands with warm soapy water for at least 20 seconds (or use hand sanitizer when you cannot wash). 4. Maintain a social distance from people who you do not live with.... Masks are now mandatory throughout all common areas in our portfolios. This is includes our offices, hallways, stairwells, elevators, common areas, and laundry rooms. You are not required to wear a mask in your private home. Please see the photo below on how to properly wear your mask. As a reminder, private in home gatherings will be limited to 5 people effective Nov. 19, 2020. If you need support, please reach out to us at 1-833-583-HOME (4663).
