You will then receive a call from us to confirm the order and collect payment information, we will also confirm a pick-up window time. Unfortunately at this time we are not able to offer delivery, but instead it will be a curb-side service to the parking lot of the Gibsons Public M...arket. We will fill your order and leave it outside of your car when you arrive for you to collect. We have been keeping a close watch on the development of Covid-19, and we want to give you an update on the extras measures we are taking to protect our customers and our package-free environment. - If you are feeling unwell, please stay at home and ask a friend to come and refill for you. - Please do your best to wash your hands before entering the market at one of the bathrooms in the @gibsonspublicmarket or we are happy to let you use the sink we have inside Goodacre. - Pl...ease only bring clean and empty containers in to refill. - If you are refilling your container at one of our bulk bins, you must use one of our funnels. These funnels are clean and sanitized and act as a barrier between your container and the food in the bins. - Scoops for bulk bins will be single use, so please take one from our ‘clean’ bin and place into the ‘dirty’ bin once you are done refilling a product. We are taking extra care to wipe down and sanitize all surfaces throughout the day. We are here to help you and please let us know if you have any questions!

We have some very delicious things planned for you all - Double Ginger Cookies (vegan...but you wouldn’t know it). - Our Winter Farro Bowl, made up of farro grains, @sunnycoastfp micro greens, roasted beets and delicata squash, @dancingbearkitchen feta cheese, toasted walnuts with a smoked orange dressing - An orange ricotta and buttered raisin dessert toast on @lonewolfprovisions sourdough bread. We have been working hard to come up with recipes that not only are delicious, filling and healthy, but also help to use up food waste created in our store. We have 3 smoothies available, GREEN, CHOCOLATE and BEET. We have to thank @lexharder for her help developing these recipes, it’s a hard job taste testing chocolate, berries and nut butters and we are lucky we have her to do it! These smoothies are served up in glass jars that can be enjoyed while wandering the @gibsonspublicmarket , or can be taken to-go for a small deposit!
