Growing Pains -. In these uncertain times it makes clear what we actually want and what we actually need. What should we invest in, where should we spend our mo...ney on a daily basis? In my mind we need to reclaim our autonomy. We need to create social, economic and environmental systems that support one another in our local society. Know where your food comes from, know who made your soap or candles. Creating connections and understanding breaths health into all. Who we support in our daily lives, the companies that we patronize springs forth the growth that inevitably we want to realize. Hopefully we can enlighten ourselves to what really matters and focus on quality over quantity. Which inevitably I believe will be much more fulfilling then over-consuming and underappreciating.

We deliver! If you are in the Meaford/Kimberly/Flesherton/Thornbury/Collingwood Area we are doing deliveries on Friday's between 1pm-5pm. If you hail from Owen Sound, have no fear Saturdays is your day from 1pm-5pm.... As for the K-W region we will can help you out too. These orders must be emailed to [email protected] to arrange delivery. *Note* orders over $200 receive FREE delivery. As for orders under customers will be charged a flat rate of $20. Food can come in many different shapes, sizes, colours, textures and flavours. The one thing that I know for certain is that how the food is farmed matters. All food comes from soil, the skin of our mother earth. Paying attention to where your food comes from, how far did it have to travel, how many parties were involved for you to have food on your table...... it all matters. Shortening your food chain, knowing your farmer and touching the soil that your food comes from crea...tes health, happiness and strength in all facets of our civilization.
