Don’t you dislike it when you cut up some beautiful lettuce for salad, and the next thing you know the edges are all rusty. I tried those plastic lettuce knives but they don’t cut, I personally don’t like. I cut this lettuce 3 days ago with our Pro Chef Knife and it still looks as fresh as when I first cut it (pictures are unedited/filtered.
