Good Greens Market Farm

One of my winter projects was building this salad mixer. Once greens have been washed and dried they are then placed in here and spun around forwards and backwards and then they come out well mixed with less damage than mixing by hand. Works like a charm!

In case you're wondering how things are looking these days here's a couple photos take just recently from up a nearby tree. Generally everything is under control right now(weeds etc...). Working a lot of getting beds prepared and layed out. Moving to a permanent bed setup so there is a lot of hand-digging happening.

limited spring greens now available. Arugula, salad mix, leeks, mid-sized kale. Also, creamed honey and garlic powder from last seasons garlic harvest. Contact me for details, ok?
