Stephanie teaches weight training in different phases of fitness. The burn class is a total body workout that uses light weights and body weight and is a high intensity class where you’ll burn over 400 calories in the hour. The foundations class is a technique class focusing on either upper or lower body using bands and a slower tempo. This workout is deceivingly tough because it takes a lot of control and concentration to connect all the dots but the benefit is that you’ll walk away with a deeper understanding of your body and how it moves. The major difference is that Stephanie is a personal trainer that can guide your form and technique through your movements and give you specific cues to improve your lines and technique.
