Hey Valued Members! Help us help keep you safe! In accordance with provincial health guidelines, we ask that all members maintain 3 METRES distance between you and others at all times. If an Associate approaches you on the floor reminding you, please be understanding and respectful. We are all doing everything we can to stay safe and open during these times. We’re happy to point you in the direction of another piece of equipment that will compliment your workout! ... How can I stay 3m apart? Ensure there is one equipment not in use between or behind you and another person. If using one of our multi-set cable machines seen above, only ONE person is allowed at each station within the red tape. Refer to our 3 metre distance signage to get a good idea of the space you need. Respectfully take turns between sets with another Member if the equipment you both need are side-by-side.

Group Fitness classes are back in action starting Monday, March 8th! Get your workout gear ready and we’ll see you soon for BodyPump, BodyFlow, and SoulBody Barre FRIENDLY REMINDERS:... Classes should be booked through the GoodLife mobile app or website. Classes will be modified so that participants can maintain a low intensity level while getting a great workout in. ATTENTION ALL MEMBERS All GoodLife Clubs in the province of Alberta will temporarily close on Sunday, December 13th at 12:01am due to new provincial government restrictions announced today. IMPORTANT TO NOTE:... These restrictions are currently set to end after a period of 4 weeks, however may be extended. Effective December 9th masks will be required to be worn at ALL times, including while actively exercising. All membership dues will be suspended for the duration of our closure.
