Need a new breakfast idea? Fitness Advisor @hainesly has got you covered. Her overnight oats are to die for and will give you what you need to get your day started right. Below is her recipe.... 1/2 cup oats 3/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk 1 tsp chia seeds 1 banana mashed 1 tbsp natural peanut butter 1 tbsp ground flax 1/4 tsp pure vanilla extract 1/4 tsp cinnamon Mix, cover, and refrigerate overnight. Give it a try and tag us!

This means that a workout or class will be available to book 72 hours in advance of its start time. For example, if the current day/time is Monday, March 8, at 5:00 a.m. then workout and class bookings are available up to and including Thursday, March 11, at 5:00 a.m.
