Sometimes there is no happily ever after for the couples we work with. By the time they make it to our office, the water under the bridge is no longer flowing, leaving no way back to harmony and reconciliation. Only festering wounds and growing resentments....Continue reading
These are hard times for many of us. And the worst part is it’s been going on far too long, and we don’t know when it will be over. And yet, our attitude and attention to the things that hold meaning allow us to swim rather than tread water. While we can’t always control circumstances that negatively influence our lives, like COVID-19, we c...Continue reading

Spent the day (day 1) in an online workshop with Jeff Walker - Product Launch Formula and it was so tremendous. I'm going to launching a membership group soon for "professionals in recovery". It was so exciting to get clear on the audience I want to target. We covered so much and I can't wait for the next 2 days. I'll keep you posted.
If I were to write a book, what do you think I should write the book on? I’ll share a few ideas about where I’m going with it, but tell me what you think. 1. Tell my story: how I went from drug & alcohol abuse to becoming a successful psychotherapist and businesswoman. 2. Two-part book: tell my story but also include a section on the principles of emotional sobriety and success in recovery.... 3. Two-part: Tell my story and include a therapist’s guide to the effective tools for helping others to get and stay sober. 4. Explore the nature of addiction, spirituality, and relationships. Thank you for your input.
