What can we say We have all taken the largest hit any business has ever seen in one way or another. Good Looks has been soooo Thankful to our clientele & our staff that we call Team but reality,,, family! . We are here... & we WILL NOT let our business of 34 years die to covid!!! DUNNVILLE is one AMAZING community that sticks together NO MATTER what we endure! Yes it’s is our business.. A thankful one.. I’m writing because I don’t know what tomarrow will bring. HELLO EVERYONE ..we would like to Thank all of our wonderful clients who have returned to the salon since our reopening. This is a very trying time for all of us and the uncertainty of this virus has put extreme amounts of stress on everyone . Your loyalty is so very much appreciated. We at this time are changing our hours to give everyone more time at home. We will be working Wednesday , Thursday , Friday and Saturday and CLOSED SUNDAY, MONDAY and TUESDAY until further notice. Well we made it through our first full week It was a love hate.. Hate the new regulations.. Working with a mask is just brutal but we have to do what we have to do! Best of all!! Greeting our clients ! We have missed you all soooo much! We all felt the love of being so needed Everyone was so great about the new regulations! We THANKYOU so much for that! Some of the guidelines when coming for your appt. * If you have been out of the country & have NOT quarantined, you will NOT be permitted to enter our salon * If your not feeling well or have any symptoms of Covid 19, you will NOT be permitted into our Salon. Our main goal is to keep staff & clients safe. *You MUST be on time for your appt. *Your stylist will meet you at our door at your scheduled time. If your early, you will have to wait in your car.... * If you have a mask please wear it or we will provide you with one. * Your temp. will be taken & you must sanitize your hands. * unfortunately you can NOT bring anyone with you that does not have an appt. at the same time. Unless it is for a child’s appt. Or you are assisting a disabled person for their appt. You will then be required to wait in your car & we will call you when you can come in & assist them out. Our waiting room will be closed until further notice. * Our scheduling is very limited, due to the Covid regulations, so PLEASE! if for some reason you cannot make your appt. try & give us at least 24 hrs notice to cancel your appt. Stylists are very excited to be welcoming you back into their salons. In an effort to help them on this journey, please keep the following in mind: 1. Be patient when booking an appointment. Salons are trying to book hundreds of people back in all at once with a list of restrictions.... 2.We need to keep each other safe, so please don’t push back on the rules. If you are asked to wear a mask, please put it on. Bring a book in case you have to wait in your car until they are ready for you. If they ask to take your temperature, please let them. Following the guidelines is how salons and other businesses will STAY OPEN. 3. Arrive at your appointment alone. Unfortunately, that also means no children. Salons are only allowed to have a certain number of people at a time. 4. Don’t be surprised if you are informed that your FIRST appointment back might cost a bit more than your usual appointments. This is because they may need to use more product than normal. You have a minimum 3 months of regrowth... If you used a box colour instead of a salon root touch-up kit, your stylist may have to take more steps to return your hair safely to the proper colour. 5. Please cancel your appointment if you're sick - even a little cough or scratchy throat. Be extra cautious. Stylists will also be required to call in sick for any of the same reasons, so please don't be upset if your appointment has to be changed. We all need to protect each other. 6. Practice social distancing with other clients. 7. Things may take a little longer as stylists learn to work within the restrictions. Be kind. 8. Realize that the staff are doing their best. 9. Be happy; you're finally getting your hair done!. 10. Copy and Paste/share.

Well... the Premiere didn’t deliver the news we had hoped for Our region is still in stage 1 due to the numbers of active COVID that are being reported in Haldimand/Norfolk. The staff is extremely disappointed not to be able to open So all we can do is just hang on for hopefully just a few more weeks. I was sooo hoping for positive news today. But all we can do is keep thinking positive. Again if anyone needs any products, please just message us & we will be happy to help you. I have coloured root spray in as well My apologies for not having good news for everyone
