This morning we held our evaluation contest and announced the winners: 1st place: Craig Senior 2nd place: Tommy Tan 3rd place: Anna Beith... Why a contest? Because it helps us learn. It puts our skills to deliver positive and effective evaluations to the test! And these are the relevant skills we need as leaders - whether we are team leaders, managers, executives, or just amazing partners. After all, a positive evaluation can improve someone else's skills, while motivating them to return to the task. We had a GREAT time this morning - just check out some of the smiling faces!
