Delivered this yummy treat today, Peppermint Bark chocolate cheesecake with chocolate cream. Making cheesecake has become my new obsession, there's nothing more satisfying than a perfectly flat top, no cracks and creamy not dry is key.

So the chocolate sales have been a huge success. I'm sorry to say that we have sold out. I'm still taking orders for the caramel boxes as well as bags of toffee. But those are nearing their limits as well. So act soon!

My #1 priority when I do a cake is taste. It has to taste good or really what was the point. So when I am asked to do something I know will be hard for me I always make sure the client knows that it may not look perfect but it will be delicious!
