Slowly creeping back out into the world to share that we are reopening this Friday, January 9th! We’re resuming our winter/pandemic hours (Wednesday-Sunday 12-5) and look forward to seeing your wonderful faces again. Restocks are already rolling in, however it’s going to be a few weeks until many of our favourite handmade goods are back in stock. . Giving major thanks to all of you! For your support in December especially, which knocked me off my feet and am still kind of in ...disbelief about just how busy things got. Your support of local businesses has made 2020 our best holiday season yet! We wouldn’t be here without you, and I’m so grateful for your trust in and love of Good Omen. . Also, we were able to donate over $4000 in December, spread among six really wonderful community organizations and Indigenous Land Defenders. Check out stories + donation highlights for more on that. Okay, you guys are taking the shop local thing to the NEXT LEVEL and I thank you for that!!! This month has been wildly busy, far beyond my expectations (not that I expected much during a pandemic). I'm just so honoured you're making Good Omen a part of all your gift giving festivities. . Low stock alerts are happening across the board, but we still have lots of restocks and new arrivals trickling in. We are open 11-6 every day until the 24th and we hope to see you soon!

CHANGE OF PLANS! We had a fire at our building by last night and are currently without power. I will be at the shop in today from 11am-3pm today as planned, however we are not open for business ~as usual~. . If you need a last minute gift and were planning to come by today, please order through our website for pick up. You can also message me if there is something you were interested in that is not online. In store browsing will be limited, so likely you’ll be ordering through the front door (but I’ll see how things go) -- and it’s cash only! . Yay!

PSA! If you’re thinking about having something shipped outside of BC from the shop, with hopes for it to arrive in time for December 25th, we recommend getting your orders in by the end of the weekend! Local orders still have a delivery time of 1-3 days and we are shipping daily. All weekend orders will go out by Monday. . New to the shop! @quwutsunmade’s handmade fragrances. We also received a big restock of all their salves, face mists, candles and room sprays (which are moving quick!). The Beader is a sweet mix of coffee, vanilla, cream, orange blossom, cedarwood and patchouli. The Carver holds notes of bergamot, lavender, anise, nutmeg, juniper berry, patchouli and leather.... The Tzinquaw is a fresh mix of bay leaf, fir needle, cedar, bergamot and tobacco. The Weaver is a delicate blend of warm sandalwood and creamy vanilla. See more
