Something about the sunshine brings out a good cliche. ;) Virtual Vinyasa tonight at 8pm ADT.
5 weeks have flown by so quickly! Last Yin Class of the program is tonight at 8pm ADT/ 7pm EDT/ 5pm MT.
I'm thrilled to offer another virtual Prenatal Yoga Program this spring! Last summer, from the comfort of their own homes, expectant mamas from across Canada gathered for an hour a week to focus on themselves and their growing baby. Small class size ensures that each mama gets proper attention even during a virtual yoga class. No previous yoga experience required! Minimum number of participants required for the program to occur, so please tell your friends. :) I could shar...e all the benefits of prenatal yoga here, but the post would be too long, so find out more and register below. ;) Registration closes April 30. Classes start May 3. https://www.goodsoulyoga.ca/up/online-prenatal-yoga-program
We have a great group of women signed up for Prenatal Yoga. If you've been considering signing up, there's still time! Registration closes April 30. https://www.goodsoulyoga.ca/up/online-prenatal-yoga-program
When your yoga class feels as calming as a cup of tea. Yin tonight at 8 ADT.
The poem in tonight's savasana by Rupi Kaur. The words on their own are simplistic, but they are so impactful when put together.
Virtual Vinyasa tonight! This is the first night of the 5 week program, but if you're interested in trying it out rather than committing to 5 classes off the bat, there's a $10 drop in fee. DM if you're interested! All levels, all welcome, always.

Hi! Good Soul Yoga is partnering up with Dawn Richardson this week to discuss tips for healthy lifestyles. The event will take place over the span of 2 days, so drop in and/or pop by and stay for a while. The link to the group is below. :) https://www.facebook.com/groups/235105261571762/?ref=share
I'm trying to train Eldon, my miniature dachshund, to do this routine with me.
I'm working on an exciting new project! More details released in the upcoming days. Here's Eldon being jealous that he wasn't getting camera time. Whatta ham. Has a pet ever photobombed you?
Has anyone watched Headspace's Guide to Meditation on Netflix yet? I finished the first episode earlier this evening, and it's so interesting and gently guides you into meditation. They use the analogy of our thoughts in meditation (or yoga practice) by sitting beside a road watching the cars pass by: sometimes we can get caught up, and try to chase one down, or jump in front of one to stop it, but we need to just sit back and notice them go by. Each 20 mins episode gives ...a bit of background and history and ends with a meditation exercise. Honestly, it's exactly what I needed after watching episodes from the terrifying series of Night Stalker.
Looking to "prop up" your yoga practice, and maybe use some of those gift cards you received for Christmas? I've put together a quick at home yoga prop list on my website below. https://www.goodsoulyoga.ca/b/setting-up-an-at-home-studio
Love this, let's have less guilt for 2021. I'm starting tomorrow morning with sleeping in. ;)
As we start to be bombarded with ads for "new year, new you," please remember the following message and tell that inner voice to hush up, unless it can be kind.
