Happy Friday everyone ! I know this is a very long read but the long and short of it is that Reflexology is becoming widely acknowledged to help tremendously with pain reduction while in labour . Imagine instead of yelling for pain meds you yell for your reflexologist to assist . In some states your reflexologist can be one of your people in delivering room and is your all natural pain relief. I hear from clients all the time about pain reduction they feel from many different ailments but wanted to share something not everyone may know . I received my certificate for RLD course and case study completed . I took this course with the intention of helping post breast cancer Lymphodema sufferers . I will be adding this treatment to the menu at WatersEdge and do hope to help as many people as I can with the technique . My case study was on a client with Edema caused by undiagnosed food allergies for years . There is still a long way to go but so happy with results .

Good Vibrations Reflexology & Reiki Services was working some serious magic with her RLD!!! I don’t know the last time I saw my ankle. To be honest I don’t know... if I even have one in there I’ve joked since I was a kid that I have tree stumps (you may know them as cankles). Although it has gotten much worse since having children, even at my most fit, smallest, and healthiest weight I suffered from edema like swelling in my hands and feet. Linked to my celiac and autoimmune I just deal with it. Painful, annoying and uncomfortable. I drink all the water, follow a paleo and low sodium diet but here we are. Today I had my first RLD session and not only did I feel the release of pressure in my feet but man oh man does the rest of my body feel great! I can not wait to get the first 4 sessions under my belt and into maintenance. If I feel this good and see results immediately from one, I can only imagine how I will feel when my weekly sessions are complete. Ya’ll....I may get to see my ankle bone!!!!! PS: I realize it’s also time for a pedicure
