Happy Birthday to my Mom Dropped off these chocolate cake pops last night to her.

So we got some Mexican hotchocolate sent to us as a gift at Christmas and I wanted to see if i could replicate it in a tart! The result was AMAZING! The spice doesn't hit right away but after a min you feel the warmth in the back of your mouth. I used cardamom, Cayenne pepper, ginger, nutmeg, cinnamon mixed in a package of chocolate pudding. Put it in the tart shell and top with some meringue and toast with a blow torch. ...
