Spring is on it's way and we are in feburary You must have noticed scooters are not just warm weather rides There are a few hardy souls you will see on the road today. Those riding be safe share the road its limited space this time of year. Keeping to the right can be hard to do .... This is the year we introduce you to the world of Go on 2 wheels First off we are a scooter share company and we have taken a decade in developing our business before we jumped in..we been listening to the pros and cons about Electric scooters and our roads . First complaint most talked about these scooters are uninsured and I hear you. and this is true for those riding privately owned scooters. But we at Go on 2 wheels scooter share. Before we sign members we will have a business liability insurance . Our scooters are also identifiable. Now another main complaint over the years we hear is licensing a person does not need a driver's license. This is true but anyone traveling on our roads must follow the highway traffic laws be it bicycle or transport and all have laws pertaining to the form of transportation they are operating . To operate one of our scooters you must first agree to our safety rules of the road. we only allow single rider's no passengers All rider's must be of legal age to ride minimum 16 At top speed of 32k we are considered a slow moving vehicle and a bicycle That means you must use bicycle lanes and paths when available. When in an active lane of traffic and you are traveling slower then the posted speed limit you must stay to the far right of the lane. Share the road You must never use our scooters on sidewalks. You must wear a motorcycle or bicycle helmet We maintain our scooters they come with lights,horns and mirrors And as a business we reserve the right to deny anyone the right to operate one of our scooters if you do not abide by our rules or the law's of the road. And last and most important as a rider your safety is literally in your hands . Be aware of you surroundings So basically a license . So the Ontario government predicts scooter share will be a $400 million a year industry. They have open the roads to scooters. We been developing our business model for years. Welcome to the world of Go on 2 wheels

This will be a rather long post on how we as a company plan to grow... Go on 2 wheels-scooter share.. We hope to have 1% of the adult population of Ontario riding one of our scooters as a form of transportation in Ontario within the next decade. I'm getting a lot of messages from people about the location we're people can become member's or we're they can inquire about investment.. When we launch spring 2020 that will be when we start to connect scooters with members and it starts with limited amount of membership available. I have had a lot of feedback from people in the stoney creek,winona and Hamilton area and I will be very interested in having my scooters available at the new Go transit stop at centennial ave as soon as that location is operational. I have tested my scooters on the streets of Hamilton..for me it be just a matter of finding the right local partners ..
