Look for chairs with adjustable features so you can set the appropriate support you need. Tip 2: Take breaks from all screens . Set a timer every 30 minutes to take a break. Get up, walk around, or do some quick stretches, and don't forget to also rest your eyes!... Tip 3: Make time to socialize (virtually) . Just because we're working from home doesn't mean you have to miss out on the water cooler chats. Keep up those touch-points and relationships with your colleagues.
