Congrats to our Newest Green Belt Hailey and our newest Orange Belt Emma..these ladies worked super hard . YOU WANNA KNOW HOW HARD?.. between them they did : 320 Burpees 200 push-ups 230 sit-ups ... 175 jumping-jacks 400 round house kicks Super great amount of Jab/crosses 20 leg lifts And 40 minutes of continuous running....now thats hard work !! Our kids are forged into warriors. Ous!! See more

Orange Status Gorilla Dojo members: Due to the recent outbreak in Temiskaming they have changed the rules again.... here is the update:... All class participants must continue wearing a mask while: Entering the Dojo Leaving your workout area ie.) using the restroom or coat room. Masks are not required while participating in class in your designated area , but must be worn if you leave your workout area In the event you forget your mask, a disposable mask will be provided for your use. New markers have been laid out on the mats at three meter intervals. Only clients who are registered in classes will be permitted to attend. if you have any questions please message us.
