Gorilla Property Services takes the safety of our customers and employees very seriously. We will remain open during this crisis to provide our cleaning services for commercial, residential, and condo properties. We do not have meet clients in person. We communicate via email, phone calls and texting. When a quote is required, we will come out to assess the property and the work required followed up with an emailed quote. When the quote is approved, we will set up an ap...pointment and ensure the work is completed to the satissfaction of the client. When the project is completed, we will contact you through text/email with before and after pictures of our work. An invoice will follow. All of our clients can make payments using Visa, Mastercard, Etransfer or Cheque. We will not be accepting cash payments at this time. Our equipment is cleaned and disinfected after every use. Our Technicians will be wearing gloves and masks at all times while on your property. We will have disinfecting wipes for our use. We will maintain a physical distance of six (6) feet from all owners/residents of the property. We will avoid touching doorknobs, handrails, elevator buttons as much as possible and where necessary, will sanitize these areas if touched We have asked our employees to ensure that if they (or any member of their family) are exhibiting any symptoms of sickness, to make us aware immediately and we will refrain from working.
