So I made a fun set of stickers all around the theme of doing good! Stereotypically, people think of doing good as donating your money or time to a cause that resonates with you. But there is a lot of good you can do with a few (or more) small habits and simple tasks that don’t cost you money or a lot of time. So I decided to focus on those. Even the simple gesture of sending a smile a strangers way could make a large difference in that persons day. Our actions and choices create change. Every action has a reaction, good or bad. And we aren’t all perfect beings, striving for all or nothing when it comes to a plant-based diet, or zero waste living is courageous. But in my experience, it does more harm than good. You can’t carry the burden of the world on your back, but you can make small ripples in the system that will travel up, and if we can all make these small changes together, we can make waves.
