Don’t worry folks, the cracking sound is normal. There is a lubricating fluid between the joints called Synovial Fluid that naturally contains dissolved nitrogen gas. During a chiropractic adjustment, the joint may be stretched, opening up the space between the joints which causes the air to rush out of the space resulting in normalized pressure in the synovial fluid and the notorious Cracking sound. ...
