Spelt and Kamut Salad...what and what salad? Both spelt and kamut are ancient grains and are very high in protein, fibre and many minerals. Both grains have small amount of gluten in them but many people with mild gluten intolerance can digest them. Gourmet Chef has mixed them with sweet craisins and a vinaigrette for a delicious and very nutritious salad. Try it on it's own, or mix in tuna or left over chicken for a great high protein snack!
