Today we said goodbye to an old friend. First vehicle of our fleet to go to the old junkyard in the sky. Fun fact: our first vehicle was a 1990 gmc safari, and is still in use.

Furnace filter comparison.... Although the first two photos look fairly decent from one side - check out the second photos! Take our advice and think twice about whether your filter needs to be changed.

The boiler install in West Kelowna is roughed in on the water side. It needs to be terminated at the air handler, slab heat manifolds and have the venting run outside. Lots of progress towards this project getting finished.

We've started the installation of a new combination boiler system in West Kelowna for Dunamis Projects and Okanagan Modern Homes. The boiler produces 138k btu of heat and 3.8 gallons per minute of hot water on demand. The boys from Dunamis Projects have given us a nice space to install the piping and equipment on. Rob Cordonier replaced an old mid efficient furnace in Okanagan Falls today. The before and after pictures are particularly impressive in their differences. We replaced a 105k btu 80% efficient Lennox with a 60k btu 98% efficient Rheem furnace. The a/c coil is roughed in and the communicating stat is wifi controllable. This customer lives in Calgary so the ability to monitor the house for a distance is really fabulous.

The valley behind Penticton is on fire. This post is just a huge thank you to the men and women who are fighting the fire as well as anybody who is offering shelter to the evacuees. God bless all of the people affected by this wild fire. I hope everybody will be ok and that everybody evacuated can return home very soon. #christiemountainfire, #firefighters

We installed a new #Raypak 200000 btu pool heater in Summerland. The heater is replacing a less efficient, much less technologically advanced pool heater. The customer was happy immediately with the performance.
