POSTPONED - Grande Prairie, we are sorry to share that due to extreme weather conditions in the forecast, the City of Grande Prairie Canada Day fireworks displa...y and reverse parade for Wednesday, July 1 been postponed to Saturday. On Saturday, the parade route remains the same and will run from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. and the fireworks display will occur at 11:45 p.m. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank everyone for their understanding. We are pleased to announce we are continuing to run our Easter Eggstravaganza Colouring Contest so we can still find ways to celebrate Easter together as a comm...unity while we all practice social distancing! The contest is open to children and youth ages 2-12 years old and runs until April 12! Winners will be randomly selected for some great prizes from Eastlink Centre and Pizza Hut.
