Happy Family Day! Hurray! Another long weekend where we get to donot much due to COVID restrictions! Perhaps you are looking forward to spending time with your family, perhaps you aren’t, perhaps you haven’t been able to see them for months now. The good, the bad and the ugly that is what Family day is all about. You can choose your cat or choose your dog but you can’t choose your..Anyway, enjoy the day. Take your dog, or cat, out for a nice walk. The days are getting long...er. Spring will soon burst forth in all of its’ colorful array. We will be closed: Saturday February 13th Monday February 15th Thank you for all of your kind cards, wishes and treats over the Christmas season. We really appreciate it. A quick note on COVID (not that you want to hear more about it!): 1) When you arrive for your appointment please call or send a text message to reception and let us know you are here. We will let you know when we are ready to see you. 2) We have hand sanitizer at the entrance for your use. 3) Please wear a mask as per the Province’s dictates. 4) Preferably one client per patient in the exam room. 5) Preferably one client in the waiting room at a time. Christmas may look a little different this year but that doesn't mean we can't spread a little Christmas cheer...we certainly could use it in the face of our covid woes. Hi all! The year keeps ticking on and now we find ourselves with Thanksgiving just around the corner. This Thanksgiving, we are incredibly thankful for your ongoing support and patience throughout the difficulties presented to us by the worldwide pandemic. It's been a challenge for us all but thanks to our wonderful clients we have been able to remain open to provide important pet care to those in need. We are also thankful for the good health of our families, friends, and ourselves. It's been quite the year and we would like to know....what are you most thankful for? Our hospital will be closed for the upcoming Thanksgiving weekend on Saturday October 10th, Sunday October 11th, and Monday October 12th. We will see you again at 8AM on Tuesday, October 13th.

The dog days of summer are coming to an end now that September is here. We will be closed for the Labour Day long weekend on Saturday, September 5th and Monday, September 7th. We hope you all have a wonderful time celebrating the last weekend of summer! As we head into the autumn months, it's important to remember that fleas and ticks are still very active at this time of year. Make sure your pet is protected with appropriate flea and tick control. Give us a call and our team will be happy to advise which is the best product for your pet!

Greetings to you all, It has been a hot past couple of days! My dogs have been jumping into the pool to cool off. Fortunately it is not too deep otherwise they would sink. As the weekend is upon us I wanted to just let you know that we are closed this Saturday and Monday for the BC stat. I hope you all have a wonderful weekend and get a chance to relax pool side like Gomer and Diggy! See you in August.

A quick note to let you all know we are closed tomorrow for Canada day! Enjoy the weather. Watch out for speargrass when you are exercising your dogs. We have seen a number of cases of that nasty stuff recently. Take care and have a great, relaxing day off.

Good morning! We are happy to announce that with the next phase of reopening businesses in Victoria, Grace Vet will now be accepting appointments for annual physical examinations and vaccines. At this time, we will continue to hold off on scheduling routine nail trims and anal gland expressions until further notice.
