We are excited to share that we have now opened our schedule to start taking appointments on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8 am to 4 pm and every other Saturday from 8 am to 2 pm.... We are pleased to welcome Luisa Cirimele to our team who has 13 years of experience as an RMT. I have personally had Luisa work on me and I can attest to her skills and proficiency! I apologize for the limited hour offerings and availability at this time but we will be expanding these days and hours in the coming weeks as new therapists join our team. Headaches are a very common cause of pain and can definitely interfere with quality of life. Tension headaches originate from the 3 occipital nerves that exit at the back of your skull and run up the back of your head and behind the ears. These nerves exit your spine between the 2nd and 3rd vertebrae (bones) at the top of your neck. When these bones are misaligned, they compress the occipital nerves and cause head pain....
