Be praying for Jasmine Mac Lennan as she is in the IWK now until she delivers the babies. The babies need prayer as they are extremely tiny and they could have to be delivered any day. They are doing an ultrasound every day and monitoring the babies' heart beat constantly. Our God is more than able and we know that He can keep them and sustain them. Thank you

Steve Fenton reminded us today of what does it mean to complete Jesus’ sufferings as described in Colossians 1:24. Are we willing to illustrate the love that ...God has for the world with our own sacrifice , pouring out our lives for the sake of others? He ended the message with the story of father Michal Judge, the first recorded victim in 9/11. He died in response to caring for those injured in the attack. See more

As a church we stand with the black community. Racism has no part in our Father’s kingdom. Why it required the tragedy of George Floyd for our community to finally take action is heartbreaking and frustrating. We are sorry for not speaking up before. We recognize the need to reflect on our own involvement with the problem of racism; whether we have ignored it, not stood up against it, or even contributed to it. We are sorry. We need to look deep, to cut away racism imbedded i...nto our culture, our daily lives, to search out what has not been dealt with before and to bring it to light. At this time, it is easy to stand tall and point our fingers at those we feel are the problem, but can we try to kneel and see when we were also part of that problem? It is uncomfortable, it is real and we are not above it, but we want to see change. For Christ has come to redeem us, to lift us up and show us that in him there is neither Greek nor Jew, neither slave nor free, neither male nor female, for all of us are one in Christ. See more

Hi parents with little ones. Darlene Mac Lennan has started a small FB group called Fairy Blessings -Church friends & Families, remembering the kids in this pandemic. It’s kids (and or adults) doing doorstep drop offs. If you would like to join and check it out please do.... Adults without children can also fairy a child or family from the lists or donate and have a friend or someone to do it for you. Inbox Darlene at the Fairy Blessings group for more info. She is aiming to have every child on the list visited once. If you add a child. You are expected to also fairy a child. The group is small and church kids mostly and close friends.
