Creamy Coconut Shrimp Serves: 4 Prep Time: 10 minutes Cook Time: 10 minutes... Ingredients: 8 basil leaves 4 garlic cloves, minced 2 lbs shrimp, peeled and deveined 2 tbsp olive oil 1 onion, chopped 1 400 mL can of Grace Coconut Milk 1 14 oz can of diced tomatoes 1 tsp paprika tsp ground ginger Salt and pepper to taste Instructions: 1. Heat one tablespoon of olive oil in a pan over the stove. Season the shrimp with salt, pepper and paprika. Add the shrimp to the pan and cook for about 2 minutes on each side, until it turns pink. Remove from heat and set aside. 2. Add the other one tablespoon of olive oil to the same pan. Add the onion and cook for about 3 minutes, until softened. Stir in the basil, garlic, and ginger and cook until fragrant. Add the diced tomatoes and cook for another 3 minutes, until softened. 3. Pour in the coconut milk, and simmer for about 5 minutes. Add the shrimp back in and cook for another couple of minutes. Remove from heat. 6. Garnish with basil and serve!

Sweet Potato Breakfast Hash Serves: 2 Prep Time: 5 minutes Cook Time: 15 minutes... Ingredients: 4 slices of bacon, cut into small pieces 2 large eggs 1 onion, diced 1 sweet potato, peeled and diced 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp paprika Salt and pepper to taste Dash of Grace Hot Pepper Sauce Cilantro Instructions: 1. Heat 1 tbsp of olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the bacon and cook until crisp. Remove from heat. Transfer to a plate lined with paper towel, and drain the excess grease. 2. Add the onion to the pan and sautée for about a minute until soft. 3. Add the sweet potato and spices. Cover and cook for about 10 minutes until tender. Add the bacon and cook for another minute. 4. Create two wells in the hash. Crack the eggs into each well and cook to your preference. 5. Remove from heat. Season with salt, pepper and hot sauce. Garnish with cilantro and serve!

Ramen Noodles Serves: 4 Prep Time: 5 minutes Cook Time: 15 minutes... Ingredients: 4 Grace Chicken Flavoured Bouillon cubes 2 soft boiled eggs 2 packages ramen noodles (discard spice packet) 1 400 mL can Grace Coconut Milk 1 cup bok choy, chopped 1 cup green onions, chopped 1 cup mushrooms, sliced cup edamame, shelled 1 tbsp minced garlic 1 tbsp ground ginger 1 tbsp red curry paste 1 tbsp yellow curry powder 1 tbsp lime juice Pinch of salt Instructions: 1. Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook the eggs for about 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Submerge the eggs in an ice bath and set aside. 2. In a pot over medium heat, combine the red curry paste, yellow curry powder, garlic and ginger. Whisk together and cook until fragrant, about 5 minutes. 3. Mix the bouillon cubes with 4 cups of water, then add the broth to the pot. 4. Add the coconut milk, green onions, ramen noodles, mushrooms, lime juice and bok choy. Sprinkle in the salt. Boil for about 5 minutes. 5. Add the edamame and cook for another 5 minutes, until the noodles are done. 6. Ladle the ramen into bowls, and garnish with the soft boiled eggs.

Honey Roasted Vegetables Serves: 4 Prep Time: 10 minutes Cook Time: 30 minutes... Ingredients: 4 cups carrots, peeled and diced 4 cups sweet potato, peeled and diced 4 cups brussels sprouts, halved 1 cup dried cranberries 2 tbsp Grace Honey 2 tbsp olive oil tsp ground cinnamon Salt and pepper to taste Instructions: 1. Preheat the oven to 400 F. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper or tin foil and coat with a non-stick spray. 2. Spread the carrots, sweet potato and brussels sprouts on the sheet pan. 3. Combine the honey, olive oil, cinnamon, and salt and pepper in a bowl. Pour over the vegetables and toss until evenly coated. 4. Place in the oven for 20 to 30 minutes until the vegetables are tender or browned. Add the dried cranberries during the last 5 minutes of cooking. 5. Remove from the oven and serve while hot!

Coconut Carrot Cake Bars Serves: 8 Prep Time: 20 minutes Cook Time: 40 minutes... Ingredients: For the coconut carrot cake bars: 1 large egg 1 cup Grace Coconut Sugar 1 cup all-purpose flour 1 cup shredded carrots cup unsalted butter 1 tbsp vanilla extract 1 tsp ground cinnamon tsp baking powder Pinch of salt For the cream cheese swirl: 1 large egg yolk 4 oz cream cheese, room temperature cup granulated sugar 1 tsp vanilla extract Instructions: 1. Preheat the oven to 350 F. Grease a pan or line it with parchment paper, and set aside. 2. Combine the butter and coconut sugar together in a bowl. Stir in the egg and vanilla extract. Add in the flour, cinnamon, baking powder and salt. Fold in the carrots and set aside. 3. Beat the egg yolk, cream cheese, sugar and vanilla extract together with an electric mixer until smooth, and set aside. 4. Spread half of the carrot mixture on the bottom of the pan, then add a few dollops of the cream cheese mixture on top. Repeat. Swirl the two batters with a knife. 5. Bake for about 30 to 40 minutes until the edges are golden brown. 6. Allow to cool and serve!

Coconut Vegetable Stir Fry Serves: 4 Prep Time: 10 minutes Cook Time: 10 minutes... Ingredients: For the coconut sauce: 1 400 mL can Grace Coconut Milk 1 garlic clove, minced cup peanut butter 2 tbsp hot sauce 2 tbsp lime juice 1 tbsp soy sauce 1 tsp brown sugar 1 tsp ground ginger For the stir fry: 5 cups mixed vegetables 1 tbsp olive oil Cilantro Instructions: 1. Whisk together all of the ingredients for the coconut sauce in a bowl and set aside. 2. Add olive oil to a pan over medium heat. Once the pan is hot, cook the vegetables for about 5 minutes until the edges are soft and tender. 3. Add the coconut sauce into the pan and stir to combine. Allow to cook for another 5 minutes. 4. Remove from heat. Garnish with cilantro and serve over a bed of rice!

Tuscan Chicken Serves: 2 Prep Time: 5 minutes Cook Time: 15 minutes... Ingredients: 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts 2 cups spinach 1 cup heavy cream 1 Grace Chicken Flavoured Bouillon cube cup sundried tomatoes tsp garlic powder 1 tbsp fresh basil 1 tbsp olive oil 1 tbsp butter 1 tsp Dijon mustard Salt and pepper to taste Instructions: 1. Season chicken with garlic powder, salt and pepper. 2. Heat olive oil and butter in a pan over medium heat. Add in chicken and cook for about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside. 3. Mix bouillon cube with one cup of water. Deglaze the pan with the chicken broth and mustard. Simmer for about 2 minutes. 4. Stir in the cream, sundried tomatoes and spinach. Add the chicken back in and cook for another 5 minutes. 5. Stir in the basil and serve.

Carrot Ginger Soup Serves: 4 Prep Time: 10 minutes Cook Time: 20 minutes... Ingredients: 8 cups carrots, peeled and chopped 5 Grace Chicken Flavoured Bouillon cubes 3 garlic cloves, minced 1 onion, diced 1 cup Grace Coconut Milk 2 tbsp ground ginger 2 tbsp olive oil Salt and pepper to taste Yogurt and green onions for garnish Instructions: 1. Pour the olive oil into a pot over medium heat. 2. Add the carrots, garlic, onion and ginger into the pot. Cook until the vegetables are fragrant. Add salt and pepper to taste. 3. Mix the bouillon cubes with 5 cups of water, then add the broth into the pot. 4. Cook over medium heat until the carrots are tender. 5. Remove from heat and purée in a blender until smooth. Add the coconut milk and blend once more. 6. Ladle the soup into bowls and top with yogurt and green onions. Serve while hot!

Coconut Curried Chicken Serves: 4 Prep TIme: 10 minutes Cook Time: 20 minutes... Ingredients: 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, diced 1 400 mL Grace Coconut Milk 1 red bell pepper onion 3 garlic cloves 3 tbsp red curry paste 2 tbsp ground ginger 2 tbsp brown sugar 1 tbsp lime juice 2 tsp yellow curry powder 2 tsp coriander Salt and pepper to taste Instructions: 1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Sauté the onion for about 5 minutes. Add the garlic and ginger. Lower heat and add in the red curry paste, yellow curry powder and coriander. 2. Add diced chicken, bell pepper, and salt and pepper to taste. Cook for about 5 minutes, until the chicken has browned. 3. Pour in the coconut milk and lime juice. Simmer for another 5 to 10 minutes, until the chicken is cooked in full. Remove from heat. 4. Serve over basmati rice.

Prep Time: 5 minutes Cook Time: 15 minutes Ingredients: 2 pork chops 1 480 mL bottle of Grace Jerk BBQ sauce Olive oil Salt and pepper to taste Instructions: 1. Rub both sides of the pork chops with olive oil and Grace Jerk BBQ sauce then season with salt and pepper. 2. Heat the skillet on the stovetop. 3. Place the pork chops in the hot skillet. You should hear them start to sizzle. Sear for about 5 minutes until the bottom of the pork chops have browned. Flip the pork chops and cook for another 5 minutes. Pork chops should reach an internal temperature of 135 F. 4. Remove from the heat and allow the pork chops to cool. 5. Serve with coleslaw, rice and peas. See more

BBQ Jerk Chicken Wraps Serves: 4 Prep time: 5 minutes Cook time: 10 minutes... Ingredients 4 chicken breasts 1 cups Grace Jerk BBQ Sauce 1 cup mayonnaise 1 tomato, finely diced Lettuce, chopped Tortillas, 1-2 per person Salt and pepper, to taste Wooden skewers, soaked in water Instructions 1) Skewer diced chicken breasts onto soaked wooden skewers and brush on 1 cup of the Grace Jerk BBQ Sauce and season 2) Grill chicken for about 10 minutes or until cooked through 3) In a small bowl, combine Grace Jerk BBQ Sauce and mayonnaise to create a BBQ sauce 4) Take a tortilla and brush on Jerk BBQ Sauce then top with chicken and diced tomato and lettuce 5) Enjoy!

Ingredients 4 chicken breasts 1 cup Grace Jerk Marinade 1 pack Grace Caribbean Combos Rice and Red Kidney Beans Roasted corn, coleslaw, fried plantain, lime for garnish Instructions 1) Marinade chicken in Grace Jerk Marinade for 1 hour 2) In the meantime, cook Grace Caribbean Combos Rice and Red Kidney Beans according to instructions 3) Sauté or chicken breasts, then cut into small cubes 4) Start building your bowl by building a base of rice, then adding the rest of the toppings 5) Enjoy!

Easy Paella Serves: 3-4 people Prep Time: 10 minutes Cook Time: 40 minutes... Ingredients 1 cup Grace Parboiled Rice 2 cups seafood or chicken stock onion, chopped 3 garlic cloves, chopped 1 tomato, chopped 1 green or orange pepper, chopped 1-2 sausage of your choice, chopped 1-2 chicken breasts, chopped cup green peas pound shrimp, shelled and deveined 1 Grace Chicken Bouillon Cube Salt, pepper, paprika, cumin to taste Instructions 1) Begin by sautéing chopped onion and garlic together until soft, 2-3 minutes 2) Add peppers and tomatoes and let sauté for another 5 minutes 3) Add rice and let roast slightly before adding in preferred stock and seasonings 4) Cover and let cook for 20 minutes 5) In a separate pan, sauté all proteins until cooked all the way through, seasoning slightly 6) Combine proteins and frozen peas in the rice and let sit with the heat off for another 20 minutes 7) Enjoy!
