Sheer peace and joy!

This is glorious Belle, a Gypsy Vanner mare with a big heart and such steady, grounded energy. She is a pillar of love for all, but particularly for her owner, my one and only 88 yrs old friend Poppy, whom I have known and adored for 6 years. Her life revolves around animals and plants and she inspires me every single day.

Facebook is so good at keeping me nostalgic! This is where I was and posted about 8 yrs ago and boy, did that feel right! I have discovered a new place of great beauty and Western mystery: Montana US. While here I have seen and experienced things that have profoundly affected my vision, my perception of life and the way humans can connect with everything that surrounds them. Not to mention that I have been surrounded by a sea of horses, these perpetually moving gracious beings that have so much to give us

These days can often be challenging, as I am not always capable of finding that feeling of gratitude in my heart. Because, during such moments, I am not in my heart space, but a few levels up It is during such episodes of mental chatter that I need to become conscious and return home. Today was very special, as it allowed me the opportunity to entrain my entire emotional body to the frequency of love for life and all the sentient beings supporting it. A place of great comf...ort for who I am, as my soul needs to be at peace. It is during such remarkable experiences of deep joy and alignment that I feel all is possible. My big thanks go to my dear friend Krystyna for allowing me to pause and smell the horses :)
