Graceful Treats 06.05.2021

This is me in my new cinnamon bun shirt saying "it's the last week for orders!!" Let me know ASAP if you'd like cinnamon buns, éclairs, carrot cake, ginger molasses cookies or any other treat. The cross-country move happens this month, so this really is your last chance!

One month from today (March 6th) will be the last date I can make and deliver any baking orders! My family is moving to Alberta, and the rest of March will be spent trying not to go crazy as we help pack, load, and clean the house for the move. So this is your last chance notice for any special occasion, or and reason at all. Thank you all so much for your support and encouragement! It's been wonderful to work in such an amazing, loving community!

There only 8 weeks left (probably less) until my family and I will be living in Wainwright, Alberta. Because my husband is in the Canadian Forces, we go where they send us, and that's our next destination. So hurry and order any *last* treats, because in less than 8 weeks, my cinnamon buns and I will be in the Buffalo capital of Canada!

Valentine's day is coming! Show your love for friends and family with delicious cinnamon buns. Get 2 to share with someone special, 4 to share with a couple friends, 6 to share with the whole family, or be the hero and bring a dozen to work! Icing can be plain or pink and I can also include sprinkles.... Share the sweetness and let those around you know you love them!! ***not my picture. Cinnamon rolls CAN be made heart shaped if requested. Picture was found here: https://www.lisaleonard.com//d/heart-shaped-cinnamon-rolls ***

Day 3, wait let's be real, it's night 3 of my 12 days of baking. Today's treat is what I'm best known for, cinnamon buns. I make them with a yeast base and with ooey gooey glaze, with fresh pumpkin and spices in the fall, or even as caramel apple rolls. It takes about 6 hours start to finish to make these, but they're absolutely worth it. For thanksgiving I made pans of 12 on special so that you could have plenty to share. I'll do the same for anytime for the rest of 2015, in...cluding Christmas and New Years. Pans of 4 for $10, Pans of 6 for $15 Pans of 12 for $25 Oh and this IS my picture, as you can tell from the non-professional quality. Pumpkin rolls are on the left with cream cheese icing. **Note: These can be made dairy free by using coconut oil and coconut milk/almond milk instead of dairy products.**

Day two of Christmas baking: this late night baker loves to make pastries, and while the treat for day two isn't made often, I do adore the science and the beauty that go into these amazing desserts. I'm talking about eclairs. Puffed up pastries filled with cream and covered in chocolate. I whipped up a batch on Saturday for a party and they were gone in under 5 minutes. If the closest thing you've gotten to a fresh eclair is the hot dog bun filled with whipped cream from a c...ertain Canadian coffee shop, you need to try something new. *once again, the photo isn't mine*
