We started into this unique breed of cattle over 4 years ago and due to a successful breeding program are now able to offer this heart-healthy variety of beef. For anyone who is not familiar with this beef; it is undisputably th...e healthiest beef out there. Tested and proven with less fat and cholesterol than skinless chicken or white fish. This breed of cattle are naturally double muscled with very little fat due to the unique Myostatin gene. Despite the lack of fat, their beef is more tender and tasteful than the conventional breed of cattle. The benefits of this beef are what health conscious people are wanting in their diets. in these times, such as they are, we have been taking orders for beef and delivering locally (within reasonable distance) and providing families with stock to their door; accepting etransfers and leaving order at door.
