Hello everyone! For those of you registered in our monthly subscription, we have to move Wednesday's (tomorrow, the 17th) MOVE FREELY CLASS to 7:30PM (instead of 4:30PM) and Thursday's (the 18th) WEEKLY WIND-DOWN to 7:30PM (instead of 4:30PM). Apologies for the inconvenience - it was the best I could manage without cancelling the classes! Thanks for your understanding. Shelby

How is it already the last day of February!? Our March calendar is full and we’re ready to start next week with Kiah and Shelby! See you for our first class of March on TUESDAY!

This month has taught me a few things that I wanted to share! 1Our online membership DEFINITELY brings me joy. At first zoom had me feeling blah but I’m beginning to find it such a wonderful way for us to connect from SO MANY different places!!! I miss in person classes but this allows us to have more classes weekly AND more participants in each class WHICH MEANS more shared experiences and support! 2It’s 9000% OK if things don’t go smoothly 24/7 (I don’t have kids can yo...u tell lol) and it’s ok for mishaps to come up, we always laugh SO HARD later. 3Our guest teachers have been so amazing - I don’t know how to shout this louder or even have words to be honest. The kiddos have loved every second of their classes so we’re going to add many more new teachers in the coming months. 4The kiddos in our classes are demonstrating so much EFFORT right now. Even when they share that they don’t feel Iike showing up, they still join in because they know that afterwards, they’re going to feel GOOD. 5This isn’t new information but getting to see your beautiful shining faces nearly everyday is the best thing EVER - especially with everything going on right now. The smiles and silliness are 100% contagious. Next week we start a new schedule - check our stories to see what we’ve got going on for the month of March! Did you hear the news!? We’re back with a monthly subscription to gg’s classes, with pay what you can rates & closed captioning (yay! for accessibility) and 3-4 classes a week - were moving to 5 in March! Here’s why we’ve made this subscription a priority:... 1. Our girls need to move this energy around! 2020 was a wild ride and we’re here to help them process and move through all of the big feelings that they may need to share or shake out. 2. Connection. They’re missing it right now, we all are! Sharing big news or hard days helps - we know this from experience! 3. We can have our gals join from all over! What’s better than that!?
