I’ve been healing through my meditation and yoga practice as well as creating and FOLLOWING a morning and evening routine but I need more and that’s ok Getting help to work on our mental health needs to start being as normal as getting help with our physical health! Good afternoon tribe! I’m needing some test subjects! I have yet to use the magic of Zoom, so let’s try this out!!
