Hey everyone! We’ve got some important messages below. Happy Holidays! - We will be on a two week break for the holidays starting from December 23rd, 2018 to January 5th, 2019. The last day to schedule a shoot will be December 21st. Emails will still be replied to in a timely manner. RAW files - We will no longer be sending RAW files to any clients. There are many reasons why, but in short, it causes too many problems on our end. Our content that is not watermarked gets pos...ted, huge files take days (literally) to send, sometimes we send raw files and never hear back from the client. Lastly, it destroys the creative process. We don’t get to do our job the way we want and envisioned in our head. This news may be fine for most, but we know there are a select few who do like seeing the RAW images/video first. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Contracts - From now on, ALL clients will be required to sign a contract outlining our policy and what work is scheduled to be done. Whether you’re a friend, family, or a new client, we now require everyone to sign this contract before performing any type of work. This is so we both agree on what is set to be done, schedules, and payment. Pricing - For the past two years, we’ve charged the same rate for our services in spite of rising equipment costs and longer edit times. As much as we would like to maintain our current rates, we find that we must increase our pricing to provide quality services to our valued clients. Effective December 1st, 2018, our rates will be increased. We appreciate everyone’s continued support for our company, and hope that we can continue serving you.
