I just wanted to thank both you and Dan for all the help this year and the patience shown with the changing situations during Covid and family situations. Your staff was always helpful and prompt with any questions I needed answered. The crews were great and left the work areas and the house so clean when they left and that was gratefully appreciated. Please also thank Lorendy for her cheerful manner and helpfulness whenever I had to contact the office. The floor looks great and my father in law is very happy with the end result.Take care. Stay safe over the coming months and again... please forward my thanks to all the crews that worked on the house from the foundation work to the inside remedial work.

Hello Allan, I wanted to take a moment to comment on the excellent work that your team did at our home after our unfortunate sewage back-up. As you can imagine, seeing the sewage mess in our bathroom and resulting damage to our basement was extremely stressful. Within minutes of having your crew there the next morning, we both felt we were in good hands. Roy and Nick were very professional and both reassured us they could take care of things. By the end of that first day, we ...felt that a big load had been lifted from us. The crew that was in charge of the repairs was top notch. A big thank you to Roberto, Rosa, Oliver and Dennis for all their hard work. (There was another fine Gentleman there on the first reconstruction day as well but I didnt get his name). The Bathroom and Basement look excellent and one would never know that anything had happened. We enjoyed having them all in our home for the week. It actually felt like we had friends arriving every morning and not just contractors showing up to do a job. They kept us in the loop as far as how things were going and when they would be finished. Were very happy with the results so we wanted to thank you, and if you could please pass along our thanks to your excellent crew we would appreciate it. See more

We were very impressed with the level of service provided by Promus. We had a flood in our basement n. and your company were selected by our insurer to come out and help us. Your technician, Fabio, arrived on time and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He was very thorough in his inspection as he sought to determine the cause of the flood and having found out what the cause was, took the time to explain to me in great detail what our options were to fix it long term . He then took the necessary actions to provide a short term fix and put in place the machinery to dry out the wet area. Excellent work.

Would like to thank Fabio and his team for their professionalism and high quality work. Although he has highly skilled workers, who finihed our basement work nicely; Fabio inspected and made sure if everything is up to standard, cleaned properly and we as customers are satisfied or not. Office staff is also great to communicate with.
