A couple of things out of the oven for a quick lunch.....Pepperoni pizza, tourtiere, or a tourte Milanese (eggs, rosemary ham, spinach, Asiago cheese, and roasted peppers baked in a puff pastry shell!)

Good morning Imperial! We will be open today for sweets and drinks from 10:00-5:00. While I grab your attention with this picture of cinnamon buns being made I thought I would update you on our Covid Policies. ... We are a tiny food service location. And as a result we are not able to offer much in the way of space. Like the 6.5 feet of space required by the SHA. As a result there are a number of changes to our service. We are offering pick up and counter service. We are happy to take orders over the phone during business hours. (306)963-EATS(3287) We have 2 tables of 4 seats available to enjoy your purchases. These can be reserved by calling the bakery during business hours. We are limiting the number of customers in line for counter service to 3. If the tables are occupied each table group counts as a customer. One table and no one in line? You are safe to come in and order. Two tables and one person at the counter? Please wait outside until there is space available. Make sense? When entering please sanitize you’re hands. Masks are very appreciated. And please no personal items on the counter. Our menu has changed to include more take home items, and grab-n-go items. Starting next week we will have soup and sandwiches ready to go, pizza on Thursday, and a Friday night take home supper special. Let’s stay as safe as we can and eat yummy food! See you soon

How’s everyone? Is it Thursday yet?!??! Soon dear friends, soon. ... Soon you’ll get to see this new display all filled up with sweets like 6 cakes, cream puffs, coconut cream pie or for a quick lunch, individual meat pies, egg buns, and sandwiches all ready to go. Soups to take home or served warm to take-away. Danishes, muffins, cinnamon buns will be out there too. This week we’re having a soft opening on Thursday and Friday. I say soft but it might be rough, so please be gentle. Our source of milk is the Co-Op here in town. Thanks to the sudden onset of winter driving conditions deliveries are all a little wonky this week. Fingers crossed that we will have milk and other supplies for lattes, cappuccino and all the coffee creamer needs. Milk aside, we’ve been closed for a long time. We are out of practice. So bring your patience and help us laugh through the low patches. Can’t wait to see you soon
