Spring is here and we are busy getting ready for the first market on May 4th! The greenhouses are full and we have some things seeded outside! We are replanting all our strawberry plants this year. We have some extra Albion everbearing plants for sale, bought more than we had space for! We have them bundled in 10 plants for $7.00 or 20 plants for $12.00.

Welcome 2021! It's a new year and time for us to get back to work! We need space so all the apples are on sale! They are still crisp and in excellent condition. Our Galas and Spartans are now $6.00 for 10 lbs and the Honey Crisp are $10.00 for 10 lbs. Squash are 75 cents/lb. Come by any time and stock up. All 3 varieties are great for lunches, fresh snacks, and baking. Fresh picked broccoli from our greenhouse this morning. CHANGE IN PLANS!! Grand Forks Indoor Seasonal Farmer's Market Friday, November 20, IS CANCELLED DUE TO THE CLOSURE OF THE LEGION AND THE LATEST DIRECTIVE FROM DR. BONNIE HENRY. You are welcome to come up to the farm at 6015 Spencer Road to pick up anything We have. We will be there with our apples, squash, fresh lettuces, homemade jams and fresh baking. Also Grand Forks potatoes, fingerling potatoes, and shallots. For baking on Friday we will have fresh baked potato buns, bread sticks, apple pies, and apple cakes. Galas on special: $14.00/20lbs, Seconds galas $6.00/20lbs. We will be social distancing and wearing masks!

Grand Forks Farmer's Market Tuesday, 8-1! Yes! We are still setting up at Gyro Park for 2 more weeks! Tuesdays and Fridays until the end of October. Then starting on Friday, November 6th we will be indoors EVERY Friday at the Grand Forks Legion! We still have tomatoes, peppers, lettuce, cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower, onions, squash, shallots, and potatoes. And for apple varieties you can choose from Galas, Honey Crisp, Spartans, Winter Banana, and Ambrosia. Galas are only $15.00 for 20 lb bags. We have Honey Crisp seconds for drying and pies for only 75 cents/lb. Homemade huckleberry and fruit jams, and fresh baked apple crisp! See you at the market!

Grand Forks Farmer's Market Friday, October 16, 8:00 to 1:00 PM! Forecast is for a drier day than we had on Tuesday! We have picked all our apples now and will have Galas, Spartans, Honey Crisp, Ambrosia, Golden Delicious, Granny Smith, and Winter Banana apples on Friday. We are still picking tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers, broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage, lettuces, and cherry tomatoes. We will have 5 varieties of our squash, cooking onions, Russian red garlic, lots of fruit jams and huckleberry jam, and fresh baked apple pies and apple crisp. See you at the market!

Saturday we will be at the IncrEDIBLE Trail Market on Cedar in downtown Trail! We will be bringing our Grand Forks grown Galas, Honey Crisp, Ambrosia, Golden Delicious, and Spartan apples, Butternut, acorn, and spaghetti squash, tomatoes, and cooking onions. We will have Grand Forks grown russet, white, red, and Yukon gold potatoes, shallots and fingerling potatoes. Russian red garlic, homemade huckleberry jams and fruit jams. Still no frost up here, but we're getting closer every night! Hail yesterday, but it didn't injure our Ambrosia apples! The outdoor market continues every Tuesday and Friday until the 30th of October! Then on November 6 we will start with the Farmer's Market indoor market at the Grand Forks Legion, every Friday from 9:00 to 12:30 PM. This week will have Galas, Spartans, Golden Delicious, Honey Crisp, and Ambrosia apples. By the end of the week we will also pick some Winter Bananas and Granny Smith apples. We are still picking cucumbers, lettuce, tomatoes, cabbage, cauliflower, and peppers. The squash are all picked and ready to be stored for the winter. Join us at the market Tuesdays and Fridays, from 8:00 to 1:00 until the end of October!
