Looking for a gentle fitness class? Stretching for Mobility is back at the Jack on Tuesdays at 1:00pm and Fridays at 11:00am starting on January 5th! Not only is it back in Grand Forks, but it’s also scheduled on Thursdays from 1-2pm at the Christina Lake Community Hall too! Call 250-442-3488 to preregister for your spot in the class!

The Grand Forks & District Recreation team bringing you the fitness activity of the day! Fitness activity: Tricep Dips! Modifications: Tricep Kick Back! Use a can of soup as weight! See the video for a demo! Cues: Avoid locking your elbow joint! This exercise can be done daily to help strengthen your triceps!
