In many ways this may seem like grounds for despair, like both WWII and the Great Depression before, nevertheless despite these sufferings there is always hope for the future. It is for this reason we must take this pandemic in stride, as we continue to learn to live and love simply. This can only be done if we willingly surrender our lives to Christ, who is our sure help and refuge.
