Meet Jeff! Jeff is the Sous Chef and Baker extraordinaire for the Grand Trunk making our freshly made brioche buns. He brings over 20 years experience as a Cook working all through out Prince George. His pass time is following sports and baking recipes the way his mom taught him.

Our BBQ boxes provide you with everything you need, including side dishes and instructions, so whether you're looking to grill up some classic chicken and ribs, or a surf-and-turf special with steak and grilled shrimp, let The Grand Trunk Tavern take the work out of your weekend. As per the Provincial Health Order, our dining room will be closed indefinitely as of 10pm tonight. You can still get our menu, including our hand made burgers on fresh baked buns, every day from 11 am to 9pm for takeout by calling 250-562-7344. Our staff are still working, ready to serve you.
