As of June 8th the Grand Valley Community Centre have made the decision to cancel our summer camp programs for this year due to the current pandemic. In respect to the latest Provincial guidelines we felt that the children's safety could still be compromised so we have made this tough decision with the best interest of the community. Keep safe and hope to see you all again soon.

Due to the COVID 19 pandemic, the Grand Valley Lions are postponing their 25th Annual Duck Race scheduled for May 23. Once the pandemic is over and we are back to normal, the Grand Valley Lions will try to reschedule the Duck race. To all our great sponsors, we will refund your donations or keep them for the rescheduled Duck race. If you do want a refund, please contact Lion Randy at [email protected].

Please note: The Yuk Yuk's event scheduled for March 21st has been cancelled. A tentative date of June 20th has been booked. I you wish to obtain a refund for your tickets please return to where you purchased them or call Kevin at 519-806-0731

NOTICE The Grand Valley and District Community Centre is now closed to all programs. We will reassess on April 6th.

*****UPDATE Saturday March 14th***** - No facility bookings until further notice IMPORTANT NOTICE on Covid-19... The Grand Valley and District Community Centre Based on guidelines from government and health agencies, the community centre has increased the number of public hand sanitizer stations, displayed posters with basic infection prevention information and ramped up cleaning efforts and practices. All public skating will be cancelled as of March 13,2020. Currently, we will not be doing any bookings, any groups or individuals who wish to cancel a facility rental are being offered a full refund. Staff will monitor conditions regularly and future closures of the facility will be considered as conditions change. For more information or updates please contact the facility manager.
