Today is #nationalbeerday and we are delighted to coincidentally celebrate with a double beer release! First up - Ralph Chases the Golden Hen Golden Ale. Brewed with local homebrewer David Green, using his recipe, which won gold in the English Pale Ale category at the @gtabrews GTA Brews’ 2019 Brew Slam (the largest homebrewing competition in Canada). This beauty is now ready to go in 473ml cans! Light biscuit, citrus and passion fruit aromas with a broad malt balanced by a... solid hop backbone. Two Pilots DIPA: This double IPA leads with with strong citrus and pine aromas, herbaceous, resinous and bitter grapefruit flavours on the palate, capped with an appropriately aggressive hop finish. An update on the Granite as we enter the Red Zone, effective Saturday, November 14: Indoor dining remains closed. Both patios are heated and open. Reservations are recommended. Maximum 4 guests per table.... Last call for alcohol is 9pm. Kitchen closes at 8:45pm. All dine-in guests must be out by 10pm. We'll continue to screen every guest for symptoms of COVID-19 prior to entry. If anyone has left the country within 14 days, has been exposed to someone with COVID-19 in the past 14 days, or is showing symptoms, they will be denied entry.
