Happy Halloween everyone!

All the staff at Granville Veterinary Clinic understand that Covid has been very difficult in many ways for everyone, this includes us as well. Unfortunately, our society has had to adapt to new ‘normals’, whether we like them or not. As the months have been drawing on, we have been experiencing a significant increase in verbal abuse to all our staff. We are here to help you and care for your pet’s health and wellbeing. We are not doing things out of malicious intent, we ar...e not doing things because ‘we are in it for the money’ and when we cannot help you, it is not because we don’t care and are heartless individuals. The things you say and do takes its toll on us emotionally. We ask that you please be patient and understanding, things are taking a little longer, we are doing our best and working as fast as we can. In the future, if the verbal abuse continues, sadly the staff at Granville Veterinary Clinic may have to start saying good-bye to some of our clients, as we to need to take care of ourselves in this pandemic, so we can be here to take care of your furry loved ones.
