Happy 2021! I’m back from a little maternity break and ready to work with you on all of your design needs! Little Makenna turned 2 months yesterday already! I now know what they mean when they say time goes by even faster when you have kids! We are all doing well and starting to adjust into somewhat of a routine. Makenna is starting to smile more, loves to kick her legs, and is a champ at holding her neck up! Hello! It’s me, checking in with an update! Just about 2 weeks ago now, my husband and I welcomed our first baby into the world! On November 3rd at 9:55pm Makenna Joan Rogers made her appearance via csection after a 12 hour non-progressive labour. We are over the moon in love with her and are soaking in all the baby cuddles we can get! *update: after much debate, I have decided that I won’t be doing Christmas ornament orders this year. I had a whole new idea for this yea...rs ornaments, but I will save that for next year! The ornaments take a lot of extra time out of my schedule, and this year I have decided to focus on spending this precious time with my family and continuing to allow my body to heal fully. I will be back to designing all of your stationery needs and taking new orders in January and look forward to working with you then! The day has come! As of today I will be taking some time off to prepare for our first baby and to adjust to life as a new mom once she arrives. Tomorrow I will be 39 weeks and moving into the last week(ish) of this pregnancy let the waiting game begin! My due date is October 24th, and my time away will depend on how things go. I am estimating approximately 1.5 - 2 months, but I will update you as time goes on. I will still be checking e-mails and taking bookings for new pr...ojects, however design will not start until my return.
