The Series are back & better than ever!. . I am so excited to be able to bring back these hands on, interactive, use immediately in everyday life to find & feel... calm mindful series for kids & tweens. . The series look a little different, the age groups look a little different & the location is way different!. All series (& pa day's too) will take place at:. . Grassroots Yoga Stratford. 117 Regent St. Grassroots Yoga has a beautiful outdoor space & an equally beautiful, spacious indoor facility that allows for physical distancing between participants to take in all the mindful calm. . The series are new & different. I have mixed them all up & grouped together the mindful tools in a new and innovative way to support kids and tweens in navigating emotions, newness & uncertainty in this new way of life they are in. Kiddos may learn a few mindful tools that are new to them, a few that they may already know & that means they are ready to use it in a new way, ready to train their brain with a wee bit longer practise and connections for the age they are now at.......or all mindful tools may be brand new to them & that is A okay too!. .
