Hey folks! We have an opening on our board! If you are looking to make a meaningful contribution to a community based organization than this is the position for you! We are looking for someone that is organized and likes numbers to be our TREASURER! Digging through the archives of Summer Solstices past is making us realize all of the beautiful connections that were made for the past 19 years. Breaking bread, sharing cultures and learning from one another is what Gravelbourg Solstice Festival is all about! Although The 20th Annual Summer Solstice Festival will have to wait a year to celebrate.. the sentiment remains the same! Get out there this weekend and learn something new about someone else’s culture, try cooking... something you’ve never made before, remain receptive to lessons worth learning! And most importantly get out side and and enjoy the longest day of the year! Also!! There will be a couple opportunities to join our group that will be posted in the coming week, so keep your eyes peeled! HAPPY SUMMER SOLSTICE!!

20TH SUMMER SOLSTICE FESTIVAL D’ÉTÉ POSTPONED DUE TO COVID-19 RESTRICTIONS Celebration to be held next year from June 18-20, 2021. The COVID-19 situation is constantly evolving and we are all feeling the effects of this continued uncertainty. . . The members of the Solstice festival organization are deeply committed to the health and safety of our community and that will always come first. At the present time, we will continue our preparations towards the 20th anniversary celebration in June. We remain hopeful that global cooperation through service closures and other containment measures is effective i...n mitigating the crisis as quickly as possible, and that the festival may serve as a much-needed opportunity to regroup, release and revel in all that our region has to offer. Updates will be published as we continue to monitor the latest information available to us and adjust our plans accordingly with the well-being of our community and supporters foremost in mind.
