This is a fresh new start and we are so excited to help members meet their goals and get the desired outcomes they are striving for. The last year was a tough one for many of us but we want to focus on all of the wonderful things to be grateful for! We are so THANKFUL for your loyalty over the years and for supporting local business. We ...are so GRATEFUL for each and every one of our members, you are all so inspiring. There are big changes happening at the facility and we are so excited to witness and be a part of them. We have so much confidence with the new owners being able to guide the Gym and members in the right direction. A MESSAGE FROM THE OWNERS, DAN & TINA.. It is with both excitement and sadness that we announce Gravity Fitness Centre has been sold! We want to say thank you to each and every one of you for the last 5 years, it has been an incredible journey but the time has come for us to say goodbye. So please join us in CONGRATULATING the new owners - Amy, Brett, Brian, Cole, Cory, Kirsten & Morgan ... This team is so passionate and full of amazing ideas about what they can create with the space! We can’t wait to see them succeed and wish them all the best on their new journey. You will definitely be seeing some changes, including rebranding with the new name Iron Energy. Head on over to Instagram and follow @ironenergygym to show your support and stay up to date. The official handover isn’t until January 15, 2021 so you may still see us around until then but in the meantime, let’s give a warm Gravity welcome to the new team

GROUP FITNESS CLASSES ARE BACK We have received guidelines to proceed with low intensity classes and even better, we are starting as of tomorrow morning!! For the next two weeks we will be running a limited schedule but we can assure you this will increase in the new year.... As before, sign ups are required for classes and we ask you please notify the front desk you are attending a class on arrival so you can be checked in. There will also be an updated COVID Plan on the Group Fit & Yoga Room door for your reading. We hope you’re as excited as we are
