A quick shoutout to Leighton Bain for making this March 28th Gravy Train outing a deeply rewarding day out and about in Windsor. He was so engaged and dedicated to expressing himself creatively while entertaining those who invested in a small business enterprise to uplift and inspire through food, creativity and connection. I’m sorry I couldn’t detour to connect with American Airport Sushi or Dee Russ during their performances. Nothing but outstanding reports from all parties.
