Yesterday was our last pre Christmas service and we had the best time with you all. It was also the last day of our December menu. We wanted to thank everyone who has joined us over the past 2 month in our little winter wonderland and give us wings through this storm of a year. The last 3 days of the year will be dedicated to our best of menu and we are excited for it. ... Here is one last look at possibly our favorite sauce so far on our kohlrabi folds filled with ricotta salatta in huitlacoche crust, caramelized leek hearts and crabapple dust. The sauce is made out of black vegetable slowly cooked in embers, chiles and seeds.
